Hello everyone. AJ Flick here. Thank you for reading! When I cannot get a professional release made, I will give everyone a personal write-up myself. Enjoy the weekend at Lernerville, through my perspective!

After a 2 week break from winning the track title, our team went 30 miles north to the local Lernerville Speedway. As is typical for us, we struggled in qualifying being only 23rd quickest of 29 cars. I got incredibly lucky in the heat race and 2 cars dropped out before we even took the green flag. We started the heat race in 6th and passed 1 car to finish 5th and lock myself into the World of Outlaw main event! We started the race in 14th. To be honest, I struggled quite a bit keeping control of the car in the dirty air as we were extremely tight. But I knew the car would come to us a bit as we burnt fuel off and the track lost bite. Unfortunately, on a lap 3 restart, a car came up across the track and just wiped our front axle out. I was incredibly lucky to not get hit by a car behind us but, nonetheless, our night was over.

We had tried some new things and I got to speak with a WoO crew chief prior to the races beginning and some of the things he taught me truly helped bring the cars’ setup together. I wish we could have finished the race because I expect we could have gotten a top 10.

Its been a rough year but all of my sponsors have continued to believe in me and shown good faith. I am so blessed to have the marketing partners that I do and I do the best I can to represent them in a professional manner.

Thank you Ferguson Heating and AC, Coopers RV Center, Chernega Construction, Fence by Maintenance Service, Champion, JD Byrider, Stanford’s Glass Service, Townsend Gas and Oil, Alternative Power Sources, and the rest of my marketing partners for the continued support!
