Had some pretty high hopes here at AJ Flick Racing. We drove out to Port Royal to go up against the ASCoC in the Keith Kaufman Classic. Had some new setups and insight that we were looking forward to using.
But as seems typical with my luck, the engine had some firing issues. It missed during hotlaps and qualifying, killing our chances at a good lap time. From there, we took the rest of the night as a practice session. Kept working with the car and trying to learn how i feel in the new piece. When it was said and done, we passed from 5th to 3rd in the cmain and our night was over. Sucks to have your hopes killed like that but the season has only begun. Still plenty of time left and I know we will not quit working until we reach the top.
